Rent collection/Rent Payment to owners
We take care of rent collection and we make owner payments via direct deposit into your bank account, and we also take care of any vendor payments for maintenance.
With a team dedicated to efficiently processing maintenance requests and repairs for the house and landscaping, we work hard to keep your profits steady and your investment at a high value to you. We do pass through cost from our vendors. Meaning you pay what vendors charge and we don't markup or take any commission from vendors used for maintenance.
Walk through inspection
Property managers conduct several inspections of the property throughout the year including move-in and move-out inspections, semi-annual inspections, and any other inspections as requested or needed.
You will get monthly statements via email with a link to your owner portal. You will also receive an year-end statement showing income and expenses along with your 1099-MISC form with plenty of time to ask questions and file it with your taxes.
